RSC Biology Labs

The Biology Department occupies the first and second floors of Mueller Science Hall at Russell Sage College. A grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) allowed us to renovate laboratories. Here is the cell biology lab:

We also have a greenhouse and an herbarium for storing preserved plant specimens.

A unique feature is our large senior research lab which is used for senior independent projects. The lab contains 14 student workstations and our Zeiss research microscope, a donation from RSC Alumna Nancy Mueller.
