In Brief
Professor Elaine Molis Phelan is the Sage After Work Coordinator of Business and Accounting Programs. She specializes in financial statement presentation issues and federal taxation for both individuals and businesses.
Professor Phelan challenges her students by bringing dynamic real world applications into the classroom.
As a former manager in an international “big 4” accounting firm working with some of the world’s largest companies, Professor Phelan helps students understand issues facing large multinational firms such as Google, Microsoft, and General Motors.
As the founder of her own specialized accounting practice, Professor Phelan brings her students close to the practical issues facing small business. She uses live examples from her own practice to make each class meeting dynamic and engaging.
