Students submitting more than one application will need to use the same individuals as references for each application.

2. Applicant Appointment Day: For the Sage Dietetic Internship, applicants are to fax or email the Program Director by 5:00 pm on April 6, 2014, to confirm the acceptance or rejection of the match: (518) 244-4586, email@example.com. The Sage Graduate School Dietetic Internship forwards a confirmation acceptance letter on or about April 15. Additional program information and directions pertaining to enrollment into the Sage DI are forwarded to each new intern at that time, as well as throughout the summer.
PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT APPLICANT RESPONSIBILITIES
As a participant in the computer matching process, it is expected that applicants who receive a match will adhere to the results of the match and accept that match. It is unacceptable to decline a match in order to pursue an appointment to another supervised practice program.
Programs with open positions will be posted on the D&D Digital Systems Web site only on the following dates: April 9. As a participant in the computer matching process, it is expected that applicants who do not receive a computer match will not contact any program with open positions until the day after the established appointment date of April 9. This will allow the programs time to confirm acceptance from their matched applicants and determine the process they will use to fill open positions.
In addition, please do not ask your Didactic Program Director to contact programs with open positions prior to April 9.
