The most recent reaccredidation was granted in May 2007. Upon graduation, students are eligible to sit for the national certification exam that is administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). In addition, most states require licensure in order to practice occupational therapy; however state licenses are usually based on the results of the national certification exam. A felony conviction may affect a graduates ability to sit for the certification exam or to attain state licensure.
The total number of graduates who passed the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification examination as first-time new graduate test takers in 2011-13 was 76 out of 83, which is a pass rate of 92%.

For the 3 most recent graduating cohorts (entry into OT program 2009-2011) 90% of students progressed to graduation (88 of 98).
