Paul A. DeCotis is Director of Energy Analysis at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) where he oversees statewide energy planning and policy analysis, corporate strategic planning and program evaluation, and energy emergency planning and response. Prior to joining NYSERDA, Paul was Chief of Policy Analysis at the New York State Energy Office. Paul has worked in the energy field for over 23 years.

Paul is the record access officer to the State Energy Planning Board and chair of the State's interagency energy coordinating working group. He is a member of the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) management committee and business issues committee. He is a member of the energy working group of the Coalition of Northeastern Governors (CONEG). Paul is on the Board of Directors of the Association of Energy Service Professionals (AESP) International, where he serves as senior vice-president for business development; and is a committee member of the National Research Council of the National Academies, developing a framework for estimating prospective benefits of energy efficiency and fossil energy R&D programs of the U.S. Department of Energy. In addition, Paul is an independent consultant specializing in executive management development. Paul is an adjunct professor of management in the MBA Program at the Sage Graduate School and in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. Paul has a B.S. in international business management from the State University College at Brockport, an M.A. in economics from the University at Albany, and a M.B.A. in finance and management studies from Sage Graduate School.

John J. Endres is currently the Golub Corporation's Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He has 28 years experience in the finance/accounting area with Golub, serving the last 18 years as VP & Controller or CFO. Areas of responsibility include Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Treasury, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Financial Systems Development, Control and Benefits. Mr. Endres holds an MBA from Russell Sage and a BBA from Siena College. He has also served on the Board of Directors of numerous not for profit organizations. His role has ranged from Treasurer to President.

Joseph A. Glazer is a graduate of Ulster County Community College, SUNY Albany and Albany Law School. As an attorney, Glazer prosecutes child abuse and neglect for the Albany County DSS Child Protective Bureau and maintains a private law practice. Esquire Glazer is an adjunct professor of Health Services Administration with the Graduate School of Russell Sage. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mental Health Association in New York State, Inc. (MHANYS) since January 1997. He oversees the program and advocacy functions of the organization, which is comprised of 33 chapters, serving 54 counties across New York State. His numerous programmatic efforts focus on voter empowerment, criminal justice diversion, anti-discrimination, employment and family-based assistance and services. He is widely recognized as one of his state's most visible mental health advocates, and was named a "Key Player" by the Albany Times Union newspaper in two successive years of state budget negotiations. He has appeared on CNN, Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor", and Court TV, as well as National Public Radio, and in the New York Times and other nationally recognized media outlets. Prior to joining MHANYS, Glazer held various positions throughout his three and a half years with Alliance for Consumer Rights. Previously, Glazer was Counsel & Legislative Director for the New York State Association of Counties. In 1992, Glazer was the Democratic Assembly candidate from the 102nd Assembly District.

Mark Patten has served with Sage Colleges MBA program for a number of years. He is a strong teacher with an excellent business background. Mr. Patten brings practical applications into the classroom to match the full time faculty's expertise. Mr. Patten is a principal in a Capital District Consulting firm and works with a variety of businesses to solve their business problems.

Greg Sorrentino is the Comptroller at the Center for the Disabled in Albany, New York. Mr. Sorrentino holds a BBA from Siena College. He graduated from the Sage Colleges with a Master of Public Administration Degree. He is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a CPA.
