Many businesses, regardless of structure or operating venue, use databases of some sort, like ACS, which I became familiar with and utilized during my internship with Albany Presbytery. The need for easily accessible records was evident and this activity showed very clearly how important it is to have accurate, up-to-date information readily available in a management role. By working with the Financial Director in charge of the ACS database and the Administrative Assistant, I became effective at working as part of a team. The better a team works together, the better they will perform to meet goals and deadlines set by management. My immediate job responsibilities were to maintain the ACS database and to assist with other duties as needed including filing and fact checking data entry.

Dennis was responsible for input of data to our ACS Technologies database to help mobilize the ministry of Albany Presbytery and promote efficient electronic communication. Dennis was on-time, friendly, polite and willing to help. He made a couple good observations that were implemented.
