Dean Robeson Represents Sage at MIT Conference

Daniel Robeson, dean of the School of Management, attended the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (AMP) Regional Meeting at MIT, sponsored by the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology along with government officials and regional leaders in industry and academia.

The forum was part of a White House initiative that aims to turn America's laboratory advances into new technologies to boost the U.S. economy. The meeting was part of AMP, created by President Obama as a national effort to bring together industry, universities, and the federal government to invest in new technologies that will "create high quality manufacturing jobs and enhance global competitiveness."

Robeson participated in a breakout session on University & Industry Collaborations facilitated by MIT Associate Professor Olivier de Weck and attended by White House Presidential Council of Advisors on Science and Technology leaders.
