Use your general education electives and other liberal arts electives to enhance your marketability as an social entrepreneur or as a leader in a corporation with social responsibility embedded in the corporate mission and strategy;

• Understanding the effect "U- technology", changing institutions, and shifting contexts have on individuals, groups, and organizations and what management strategies these effects require;

• Choosing to continue your education in our accelerated MBA program; this means that in your senior year at Russell Sage you will take graduate courses thereby giving you a head start in obtaining your graduate degree.
