Designing outcomes assessment plan for Mathematics programs, with Tom Sweeney; Served as Chair from 1998 – 2002.

Advising Responsibilities:
In addition to serving as academic advisor for ten to fifteen mathematics majors and minors, I am the faculty advisor to SMaRT (Science, Mathematics, Research, and Technology) Women.

Research Interests:
My research interests have shifted from theoretical to applied. I am currently interested in the area of mathematical biology, particularly population biology and the dynamics of infectious diseases.
