STUDENTS
Our students in Mathematics and Computing Sciences participate in a number of activities, including internships, tutoring, and research projects. Majors in mathematics at Russell Sage College have presented their research results at the National Conferences on Undergraduate Research (NCUR). The Valedictorian of the RSC graduating class has often been a math major.

"The Web Development program at Sage College of Albany allows me to use my creativity in designing a project, and then to use my intellect to make my design a reality. My instructors give me the tools that I need to live up to my potential. I enjoy the variety of courses required for a degree because it keeps me interested, while broadening my knowledge base."

ALUMNI
"I really enjoyed the time I spent in the Math Department at RSC. It was an
excellent learning environment for me because of the small class size, the
helpful professors and the positive attitude of the students. These elements
helped me to grow academically and to become a more confident person."
- Amanda, RSC Class of 2008
"The CIS program at Sage hits the nail right on the head: practical and applied, yet balanced by theory and electives. The path I co-created with professors/advisors was flexible enough for a smooth transfer in, yet strong enough to prepare me for grad school and beyond."
- Josh, BS CIS, MS IT, Programmer Analyst - Credit Union Association of NY
