For access to resources through the Sage Libraries with many full text articles available to those with Sage accounts, check out the Sage Libraries resources.

The Department of Nursing offers classes on the both the Albany and Troy Campuses, with the main offices located in Ackerman Hall, on the Troy Campus. There are two nursing clinical laboratories in Ackerman Hall, one for health assessment and one for practice in an acute care environment.

Access for clinical experiences include:

• Major hospitals in the Capital District region including Albany Medical Center and St. Peter's Hospital with large Cardiac Surgical Centers, and major trauma critical care and emergency room facilities.
• Many community/public health agencies, ambulatory care, and physician offices in the Northeast region are available for clinical experience.

Clinical practicums involve a flexible personalized approach in working with students to support socialization into the professional nurse and advanced practice role.

The Sage Colleges is located conveniently in the NYS Capital District location near Interstate 787 and the intersection of Interstate 87 and 90.
