Food and Wellness Management with the Honest Weight Food Co-op

To complete food service requirements in a contemporary setting, the SGS DI has partnered with the Honest Weight Food Co-op in Albany, NY, to develop whole grain recipes and conduct taste testings while providing nutrition information at the co-op. Interns research the ingredients, develop their recipe and fine tune it to be heart healthy, economical and easy to prepare for busy families.
