MS in Occupational Therapy

The MS in Occupational Therapy at Sage is the only accredited master-level Occupational Therapy Program in the Capital District region of New York State. Qualified men and women who possess a baccalaureate degree and who have fulfilled the prerequisite courses for the professional program in Occupational Therapy may apply directly to the Sage Graduate School.

Accelerated 3+2 BA or BS Leading to the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy

Russell Sage College (RSC) offers an innovative program where undergraduate students can complete both a Bachelor's degree from RSC and the MS in Occupational Therapy from SGS in an accelerated 3+2 format. The following undergraduate majors in particular provide an excellent foundation for occupational therapy: Biology, Creative Arts in Therapy, English, Health Sciences, Psychology, Sociology and Spanish.

Additionally, Criminal Justice, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Math can also be completed in the 3+2 format. Go to the Russell Sage College catalog to view the educational sequence for these majors.
