Marjane Selleck

Marjane received her BS in physical therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical Center and her MS in Education with a concentration in learning disabilities from the College of St. Rose. Marjane has been enrolled in the PhD in the Physical Therapy Program at Nova Southeastern University. Marjane has been a faculty member at Sage for more than 25 years. She is a member of the New York State Early Intervention Coordinating Council and has served as a member of several other Early Intervention Program advisory boards/councils. Marjane is also a board certified clinical specialist in pediatric physical therapy. She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings including a diagnostic center, public school systems, preschools for children with special needs, and early intervention programs. Marjane's primary teaching responsibilities include motor control and pediatrics. Marjane's clinical research focus is in the areas of pediatric interventions (locomotor training for children with athetoid cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury) and the effect of prone positioning on gross motor development and the incidence of deformational plagiocephaly in healthy infants.
