Students & Alumni
Our Students
Students in our department range from first-year students just out of high school, studying for their undergraduate degrees in psychology on the Albany and Troy campuses, to adults who have been working for many years, completing undergraduate or master's degrees at Sage.
Some of our majors belong to Psi Chi, the national honor society in psychology. The Sage chapter of Psi Chi was chartered in 1972.
At Russell Sage College, seniors with excellent academic records are eligible to conduct special honors projects. The student proposes a research project in the fall and, after approval by the department faculty, collects data and prepares a written and oral report during the spring term. Over the years, past students have conducted their research in diverse areas of psychology.
We invite students to keep in touch with us after graduation!
