As part of the citywide Conflux Art Festival, and the on-going project "undetermined measurements," artists working under the pseudonym AREA (Sean Hovendick and John Wesley Mannion) will conduct interventionist performances utilizing volunteers dressed in stark white "clean suits" exploring urban space.

Over 400 proud students, parents, faculty and friends attended this years Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition in Sage's Opalka Gallery. The annual show features the work of graduating seniors from the fine arts, graphic design, illustration, interior design, and photography programs.

Kent Mikalsen with Interior Design students in front of their entries for the National Make a Difference Project sponsored by the Interior Design Educators Council Social Justice Network. Students were asked to find a real life problem in the community that could be made better through design, then to present a small, meaningful design solution.

began her semester-long internship in London at Relish Design this week.

The Art Center Gallery at Clatsop Community College in Astoria, Oregon will present a solo exhibition by Harold Lohner during the month of October 2008. The show will include more than 30 of Lohner's monoprints, including large-scale works on paper and fabric.
