Sage Students Selected to Design Valentines

Allyson Van Houten, a junior graphic design student and current President of the Sage AIGA Student Group, has accepted a summer internship with Mohawk Fine Papers in Cohoes, NY.
Mohawk, an industry leader for its high environmental standards and sustainable practices, and is the first major manufacturing company to derive 100% of its electricity from renewable windpower.
Ally has worked with Mohawk Papers throughout the year on various projects, including their sponsorship of a Valentine Card Competition at Sage. Ally's valentine was printed on Mohawk's Superfine paper. Junior Heather Ringler's design was also selected for printing, and both valentines are pictured here.
