Illustration

Students interested in studying illustration can do so by selecting a specific sequence of classes from within the Fine Arts degree. (See the full course requirements here)

Within the illustration courses, students are presented with a wide variety of real-world projects incorporating the fields of editorial, advertising, children's book, and preproduction / storyboard illustration. These courses combine fundamental drawing and design techniques with a strong digital component, preparing students to meet the demands of today's publishing industry.
