If you have the ability, motivation, and potential to succeed in college, the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) at Russell Sage College, in Troy, New York, may be for you. Established in 1969 by the New York State Legislature, this program is designed to provide academic and financial support to qualified students. In addition to providing funds to assist you with your tuition, housing, meals, books, and other expenses, HEOP will provide counseling, tutoring, developmental and supplemental instruction to support and strengthen your academic work.
