N.Y.S. School of Character

The NYS School of Character program offers K-12 public, private and charter schools and districts across NYS a path to school improvement and excellence through high-quality character education. When schools engage in the schools of character process and seek to implement the 11 Principles of Effective Character Education and embark upon a framework for success.

Cleveland Elementary (Central Square CSD) is a 2013 National School of Character and 2013 New York State School of Character. Congrats go out to them! Read their story here.
