Center for Teaching and Learning
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) exists to assist the Sage community with improving and expanding instructional skills and to provide opportunities for professional development in the area of teaching.
CTL supports and engages faculty in the pursuit of excellence in teaching. The Center seeks to promote an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, risk-taking and renewal in the teaching role. The Center will in particular provide support for the Sage Pillars, which include a commitment to civic engagement, undergraduate and graduate student research, global education, inclusive learning, and the creative use of instructional technology across a broad range of delivery modalities.
The Center for Teaching and Learning is directed by two faculty members, one from each of the colleges at TSC, nominated by academic deans and approved by the Provost. Learn more about the CTL faculty »
