Our Mission

The Human Resources Department mission is to work in partnership with managers and their teams, with individual employees, and with other groups to provide programs and services that create a work environment of employee empowerment, leadership, guidance and involvement in the institution. Human Resources department is committed to working strategically with the diverse college community in identifying and responding to its changing needs.
