Incumbent state Senator Roy McDonald and challenger Saratoga County Clerk Kathy Marchione will square off during a debate at Russell Sage College at 7 p.m. on Sept. 11.

A moment of silence in honor of the victims of the nation’s worst terrorist attack will start the one-hour debate.
