This forum explores the extent of military sexual assault. Following a viewing of the documentary The Invisible War, a distinguished panel will discuss social, military, legal and mental health treatment responses to the behavior and its resultant trauma.

The Invisible WarIn 2011, there were more than 3,100 cases of sexual assault reported within the U.S. military, affecting both male and female service personnel. Perpetrators, who are most often fellow service personnel, are rarely subject to formal censure or sanction.
