In this day-long workshop, we will work with the mindfulness practice, gathering our attention into the simple experience of breathing and revealing the contrast between a distracted mind and a mind that is vividly present.
Instructor Jeff Wigman will provide a thorough introduction to mindfulness and practical approaches to maintaining a meditation practice. Jeff Wigman has been practicing and studying meditation for 16 years. He is an authorized Shambhala International meditation instructor and has taught in New York City, Albany, and Taipei, Taiwan.
Free to the Sage Community. Lunch is included.
