True Crime with Former New York State Police Senior Investigator James Horton

Jim Horton, the real-life Investigator in M. William Phelps’s book, Every Move You Make, will discuss his 13-year pursuit of serial killer Gary Evans, and the complex relationship he developed with this career criminal. This is a story about trust and betrayal between friends, criminals and law enforcement, with much of the action taking place in the Capital District. Jim Horton is currently the Assistant Director of the New York State Offi ce of Counter Terrorism.
