This presentation is made available by the staff of the Law Project of Unity House Domestic Violence Services. The Law Project provides free legal consultation and representation to all victims of domestic violence. Project staff are experienced in resolving the often-complicated legal challenges faced by victims of domestic violence who are seeking civil legal relief and, in addition to direct representation, can provide assistance in preparing legal documents and providing court accompaniment, safety planning and emotional support.
