"SPECTRUM: reaching across the rainbow to inspire, empower, and unite".
The theme, "Spectrum," allows us to focus on the various members of our LGBT community. We are a diverse group, which our committee believes should be celebrated, and so our diversity will be the focus during the conference. "Spectrum" encompasses the topics of; community identity, religion, ethnicity, race, politics, socio-economics, equality, and inclusion.
