The Sage Colleges School of Management is delighted to announce that on February 12, 2013 Mr. Robert J. Roy, Compliance Officer and Equal Opportunity Specialist, United States Department of Labor/Office of Federal Contract Compliance will discuss the Agency's role in affirmative action compliance and the design of affirmative action plans.

This discussion is particularly timely as The US Supreme Court will likely decide on Fisher v. University of Texas later this year and its ruling may impact the future of affirmative action in both public and private sectors.

The presentation will begin at 6:15pm in the Opalka Gallery, The Sage Colleges, 140 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, New York and is open to the Greater Sage Community.
