Sage to Host Inaugural 5K

Troy, NY – The Sage Colleges CAPES Peer Education Program invite all runners and walkers to attend the inaugural “Bust a Move” 5K on April 9 at 10 a.m.

Several organizations have partnered with CAPES, including Student Development, the Nursing Club, the Sage Gay Straight Alliance and the Wellness Center.  This event is made possible, thanks to a grant funded by the Hudson-Mohawk Road Runners Club. Sage would like to thank the Adirondack Running Club and the City of Troy Police Department. This event is a USA Track and Field Sanctioned Event (2011).

WHEN & WHERE:
Saturday, April 9
Registration begins at 8:45 a.m.
Race begins at 10 a.m., on Broadway & 1st St.

COST (Includes tee shirt and snacks):
$10 – Students
$15 – Community
$20 – Race day  
The funds raised will benefit the Peer Education Program at Sage.
