The Sage Colleges "Light It Up Blue" for Autism Awareness Month in April


The Sage Colleges will "Light It Up Blue" in honor of Autism Awareness Month in April by illuminating two campus landmarks (Administration Building in Albany and Bush Memorial in Troy) in blue lights.
Students and faculty of the Esteves School of Education and other members of the Sage community will wear blue on Monday, April 2 for World Autism Awareness Day. Participants have been encouraged to submit pictures for inclusion on Sage's website and Facebook page, as well as the Autism Speaks website (Sage is a registered participant in their Light It Up Blue initiative).
The Sage Colleges are home to:
- The Achieve Degree, a breakthrough new college option for students with autism or other special needs
- Master's degree and advanced certificate (both offered online) in Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism, offering preparation for BCBA certification
Laura Stolfi, MS, BCBA is director of the Achieve Degree program for students with autism and other learning challenges, a highly individualized and supportive four-year bachelor’s degree delivered entirely online.
