On Monday October 1, The Academy for Character, Esteves School of Education at The Sages Colleges, is sponsoring a very special event from 5-6:30 pm at The Century House in Latham, NY. 

Geared toward Capital Region business and community organization officials, Dr. Steve Birchak, professor of counseling at The College of St. Rose, will address "Resilience in the Workplace: Enhancing a Positive Environment."

It is imperative that all employers be sensitive to stress management and employee resilience in the workplace. An acclaimed public speaker and author, "Dr. Bird" is known for his humorous and poignant style. He will provide useful tips and ways executives and managers can help all their employees survive and flourish in this market.
