Opalka Gallery at Sage presents Expiation

Albany, NY – Opalka Gallery, on the campus of Sage College of Albany, will be hosting the first film of our 2014 film series on Sunday, March 16 at 3pm, in conjunction with Capital Cinema Cultural Exchange’s “The Filmmaker’s Lab.”

A screening of the Russian film Expiation with film producer Dmitry Pirkulov. Expiation, a love story set in the southern USSR in 1946, examines the realities of Soviet life as a town tries to come to grips with the aftermath of war.
