Dining and catering

Sage offers catering for every need, from morning pastries and coffee to box lunches, full buffets, theme events, or food stations. We offer traditional favorites and sophisticated cuisine, and accommodate special dietary needs.

The food is delicious, and the presentation exceptional: linens and artful arrangements are the norm, and for your formal events, flowers, candles, and other décor will add ambiance.

Catering is provided by Sodexho, the leading food and facilities management services company in North America.

Facilities

Choose from conference rooms or classrooms for groups from 10 to 100, and in some cases, spaces that accommodate up to 400 people.

For your summer conference, lodging is available in traditional residence halls.

Technology

Audio-visual equipment is available, including "smart cart" computer stations with large-screen projectors, wireless Internet, laptop ports, TV/DVD/VCR setups, slide and overhead projectors, and more.
