Connell Frazer
Director

Connell has worked at Sage for 25 years, as a faculty member, graduate program director, department chair, Dean of the Graduate School and Dean of the School of Education. But this is her favorite position of all - Director of SageOnline. "I really like the online environment." She has been teaching online every semester for the last four years and has been very excited by new developments and applications that have improved the quality of the online experience and enhanced student and faculty engagement.

She has long been involved in special education, as a teacher in Georgia and Colorado and a professor at West Virginia University and Sage. Connell has served on a number of not-for-profit boards overseeing services for children and adults with disabilities. She also consults with a variety of school districts and serves as an expert witness and independent evaluator in hearings and court cases involving students with disabilities and the appropriate provision of services.

Sabrina Johnson-Taylor
Instructional Technologist

Sabrina is a newcomer to Sage. She is a firm believer in professional development for faculty and for herself, enrolling in workshops to continually upgrade her skills and staying abreast of current technology trends.

She will be joining the faculty, as an adjunct, in the college's Masters in Teaching Excellence (MTX) program, teaching instructional technology, a subject about which she is very passionate. She has been teaching online courses in instructional design for technology at the University at Albany since 2003, where she earned her doctorate in curriculum and instruction.

Stephanie Nevins
Instructional Technologist

Stephanie has been associated with The Sage Colleges since early 2009 and currently works as an Instructional Technologist for the SageOnline department. Stephanie has more than 10 years experience in the IT field with experience in Telecommunication, Help desk Administration, PC Technician, Database Administration. Stephanie is known for her strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Stephanie is currently teaching workshops for the Sage Online department at Sage that instruct faculty and staff on the features and functions of Online teaching.
