Sage$en$e Online

Sage$en$e Online is the financial aid portal at The Sage Colleges. Students may access their Sage$en$e Online via SageAdvisor. Students may choose to grant their parents and/or guardians read-only access to Sage$en$e Online by clicking on Invite Parent/Guardian. To create a parent user students will be required to enter their parent's preferred email address. An email with login information will be generated to the parent user.

After receiving the email, the authorized parent or guardian will need to register their parent user account at the following link : Parent Registration

After registering as a parent user, the authorized parent will have read- only access to their student's account after logging in at the following link : Parent Sage$en$e Online Login

Parents and guardians can reset their Sage$en$e online passwords by clicking on the log in link and clicking "Forgot your password?". You can also click the following link: Forgot your Sage$en$e Online Password?

Students will have access to accept and decline their financial aid award letter and to complete their financial aid tasks through their own Sage$en$e Online login.

Student Billing

The Sage Colleges uses an electronic billing system in which student's receive monthly account statements. Students may authorize parents and guardians to receive the same emailed statements each month. To generate these emails, students must log into SageAdvisor, Click Access/Pay your Account, Click View Statements/Make a Payment, Click Your Account, and select "Add New" under Parent PINS.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act was designed to protect the privacy of educational records. A student may consent to give The Sage Colleges the right to disclose academic information to their parents and guardians.

Verification of Student Enrollment

Parents and guardians often need to verify the enrollment of their student at The Sage Colleges for insurance and other purposes. Enrollment verifications must always be requested in writing by the student. Students can access the necessary forms and information here.
