Making Adjustments to Your Schedule

Students dropping a course may be liable for tuition.  Non-attendance without withdrawing or dropping a course in accordance to college policy does not eliminate liability for tuition.

Students must submit this form to student services after meeting with academic advising to discuss making changes to their major.

Undergraduate Substitution and Waiver 

This form is used to officially waive a catalog requirement or to officially substitute another course for a catalog requirement.

Request for Approval of Transfer Credit

This form must be signed and submitted prior to taking a course for transfer credit  at another institution.

Internships and Independent study Registration

The following forms are used to complete your registration for independent studies and internships. The appropriate form(s) must be filled out and submitted to The Office of Student Services no later than the Add/Drop date.
