Health Insurance

All full-time SCA and RSC students must maintain health insurance coverage for all semesters in which they are enrolled. Full-time students may purchase insurance through The Sage Colleges and may request information on this plan through the Office of Student Services.

Student Insurance Waiver Process

THE SAGE COLLEGES POLICY NUMBER: CUH201535

If you have comparable Health Insurance, you may waive the Health Insurance Premium by completing a Waiver Form online, through our insurance carrier's website.

  • Go to www.ajfusa.com/ajfusa/help_college_students.aspx

  • Register as a new user to obtain a Username and Password.

    • You will need the 2008-2009 policy number to register: CUH201535
  • Once you have your Username and Passsword, Log In.
  • Complete the Waiver Form and click "Submit."
