Knowledge Base

Welcome! The Knowledge Base is our online resource designed to provide you with tools and information to assist you with your use of technology. Over the course of time, the pages and information will expand. If there is something you think needs to be here that isn't, please let us know.

The articles you will find here include: how to build effective PowerPoint slide shows (and present them), how to build web pages, all sorts of helpful tech tips, where to find citation machines, how to use the various features of MySage and other systems, and more...

Some of the information in the Knowledge Base is in a video format and includes audio. To access those resources, you will want to make sure that your computer has audio capabilities, and, if possible, that you are on a fast internet connection (something other than dial-up). Most of the information can be read either online, or downloaded as a document and read offline. Documents that are downloadable will be in standard formats.

The Knowledge Base is available for access 24 hours a day. It is easy to search for any topic of interest. The articles are also listed within categories. So it will be easy to find the information you need with a few clicks. Each article is short and targeted to a specific issue or how-to.
