Library and Labs Printing 

All full time undergraduate RSC and SCA students are automatically provided with $25 worth of non-refundable Print Quota on the first day of classes of the fall and spring semesters (the equivalent of 500 black and white prints).
Part time students and graduate students are not eligible for this benefit.

All Print Quota will be reduced to a zero balance on or before 5/24/2014. This includes additional Print Quota purchased by the student.

All printing is pay-as-you-go during the summer.

Where can I print?

Printing is accomplished by sending a print job to a pharos printer and swiping your Sage ID card at a printer in the follow areas:

Albany Campus
Library, 1st floor
Library, Basement Computer Lab*

Troy Campus
Shea Learning Center, 1st floor and 2nd floor
Education Building Basement, Lab M & Lab L*
McKinstry Student Center, Computer Lab
Ricketts, 1st Floor Lab*

*When classes are not in progress

Large format printing, volume printing, and bindings can be done for a fee at College Services, located in the basement of John Paine in Troy and the basement of the Administration building in Albany.

Where do I add additional Print Quota?

At the Library Reference Desk: Print Quota may be added in any dollar amount with cash by presenting your ID to a Library staff member at the counter.

Online: Print Quota may be added with a credit card through Manage My ID.

Print Quota can be added or account balances can be checked. Users must add a minimum of $25 and can add up to $55. Print Quota is non-refundable, and will be reduced to a zero balance on or before 5/24/2014.

How much print quota is deducted per page?

Black and White: 5 cents per page
Color: 20 cents per page

Additional Information:

Library guests are able to print and copy by obtaining a “Loaner” card at the counter and paying for their use when finished.
