Emergencies

The Counseling Center staff provides immediate services to students in serious distress, use knowledge of campus and community referrals, and when necessary, facilitate the hospitalization of students. In addition, counseling staff is able to assist the campus with the psychological needs of students stemming from any significant disaster or traumatic event on campus or in the community.

*In the event of an emergency, counselors are available on-site during normal business hours Monday - Friday and can be reached by phone at (244-2261)Troy & (292-1917)Albany. Counseling staff can be reached after hours and on weekends by the administrator on-call and/or Public Safety.
