Comprehensive services and resources are available to all alumnae of Russell Sage Colleges and alumni of Sage Graduate School on a lifetime basis. Experienced career professionals are here to assist you in all aspects of career planning. We will also discuss job search, resumes, cover letters, interviewing skills, portfolio preparation, career change and all other relevant topics.

Ways to Participate

Job Shadowing:

Volunteers for the Job Shadowing Program will host a student who would like to explore the career of a specific alumnae(i). The volunteer will be matched with a student who is interested in his/her career, and will allow the student to shadow them for a few hours or a full day. RSC Career Specialists will match students and alumnae/i volunteers. Specific arrangements will be made by the participating student and volunteer alumna/us.

Internship Panel:

Career Services at RSC periodically hosts an Internship Panel that includes current interns, past interns, and employers/alumnae(i). These volunteers offer their time and expertise to discuss the ins and outs of internships with our Sage students. We welcome volunteers from all career fields to take part in this informal gathering, and are always on the lookout for new internship sites for our students. Internship/Job Fair :

If you're interested in recruiting new employees from among the students of The Sage Colleges and/or surrounding communities, you are invited to participate in our annual internship/job fair. Just give us a call at (518) 244-2272 and we'll send you our brochure and registration form. Please feel free to pass the word around to other employers who may also be interested in participating.

Site Visit Leads:

Wherever you work, you may have a potential and valuable internship and/or job opportunity for a RSC student. We would like to arrange a site visit to discuss these possibilities.
