The more you invest in the Newman Community at Russell Sage College, the more this investment of self will not only benefit those with whom you share, but it will also become a very meaningful and fulfilling experience for you. A person does not always realize the gifts, which are hers until she is asked to stretch and to give of those gifts to others. There are dimensions to a person, which she may not even know exist. It is amazing that when one takes the time to stop and to give part of her day or week to benefit others, she begins to see those gifted parts of herself that were just waiting to burst forth. The Newman Community will help you to realize these gifts and will offer various service opportunities to enable you to share them.
