Fitstop

The FITSTOP, at Sage College of Albany just keeps getting better. August 31, 2009 marked the start of a new era of Recreation and Fitness with a ceremonious ribbon cutting by President Scrimshaw at the grand re-opening of the newly renovated FITSTOP in its new location.

Located on the lower level of the Kahl Campus Center, The FITSTOP is home to a complete cardio area with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and rowers, as well as the Cybex Eagle Strength Circuit made up of 11 machines. In its new home, The FITSTOP now offers a larger and more extensive free weight section. Other ammenities at The FITSTOP include 2 color televisions with Cardio Theater, a stereo, 52 square feet of mirrors, lockers, stability balls and discs and group fitness classes.

Current Sage students must present their student ID card. Alumni of The Sage Colleges may also purchase a membership to The FITSTOP.
