Group Fitness
For those of you who prefer the atmosphere of a group fitness class, we offer a variety of classes to meet your needs. Each class usually runs once a week for 8-13 weeks. We are continually trying to add new classes to offer a wide selection.
Classes
If you are welcoming a challenge, Ashtanga is athletic, elegant, and physically demanding. Build upper body strength, flexibility and endurance while detoxifying the body and calming the mind.
This class offers a combination between Pilates and Yoga. Pilates is a method of mat exercise that emphasizes stabilization, control, flow, concentration, precision, and full range of motion and core training that targets muscles in abdomen, hips, buttocks and lower back. If you are looking for a great way to tone up, this is the class for you!
Taught by instructor P.J. Martone, this class promises to proivide an intense yet fun workout. Using kicks and punches, get a total body workout in just an hour!
