Fall Orientation Program
August 26-29, 2010
Student IDS:Please note that you will need a student ID and parking permit. You may get one during the first two days of Orientation. But, if you do not want to wait, then feel free to stop by the Student Life Office over the next two weeks.
Parking Permits:
Parking Permits for the 2010 - 2011 academic year will be available as of Monday, August 16. The cost is $40, payable by cash, check or by placing on account. They are available in Albany at the Student Life Office or Student Services during business hours. Registrants should be prepared to provide a valid Sage ID card and vehicle registration.
RSVPs Needed:
Fall Orientation is mandatory for all new students. But, dont worry we have a number of events planned for your enjoyment over the four days. Please RSVP byTuesday, August 24th. with the number of guest attending with you. You may do so by contacting Student Life at (518) 292-1753 or by email at scaactivities@sage.edu.
Please note that you will receive a printed copy of the orientation schedule when you check in on Thursday. We look forward to seeing you then! Please contact the following offices with any questions.

- 8:30am-11:15am Resident Students Move into Residence Hall
- 10:00am Commuter Check-In
- 11:30pm Convocation & Presidents Welcome Address
- 3:00pm Parents Reception
Friday, August 27th:
- 9:30am Community Service in Albany
- 2:00pm Getting Connected, Activities Fair
- 10:00pm RSC/SCA Mixer on Troy Campus
Saturday 28th:
- 12:30pm Sage Olympics
- 7:00pm The Rockstar in You
- 9:00pm Back to College Shopping Trip at Target
Sunday, August 29th:
- 4:00pm Semester Kick-Off Party
- 8:00pm Movies in the Park
