Lead GA for the Physical Therapy Department

This GA position includes two roles. The first is similar to the GA for the Physical Therapy Department position in which assistance is provided as requested by PT faculty members for clerical support and development of course materials. Other duties include, but are not limited to, maintenance of equipment and class/lab space, providing tours for prospective students, and assistance at recruiting and service events.

In the role of lead GA this individual coordinates the work assignments for the other graduate assistants when work is requested by PT faculty and is also responsible for the operations in the GA work space.

Skills Needed for the Position: MS Word, Spreadsheets (Excel), Web searching

Skills Helpful for the Position: Database (Access), Statistics (SPSS)

Additional special skills or attributes required for the position: Must be enrolled in the DPT Program and preference is given to a student in the 2nd or 3rd year of the program.
