Participants will be introduced to mindfulness meditation through guided practice and group discussion. Comfortable cushions will be provided. No experience necessary.
Mindfulness meditation is a technique for "developing both stability of mind and body" (Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD.). Mindfulness nurtures the capacity for deeper insight and for living life more fully.
