Biology and Health Sciences
The Sage Colleges Department of Biology and Health Sciences is seeking Adjunct Instructors (adjunct lecture instructors and adjunct lab instructors) for the fall and spring terms. The successful candidate will teach lecture or lab or both, in microbiology, anatomy & physiology to undergraduates, and/or pathophysiology to graduate students; up to three course sections based on availability and experience.
- Experience teaching in the following areas: microbiology, anatomy & physiology, and/or pathophysiology
- Master’s degree or equivalent required
- Experience teaching at the undergraduate level is preferred.

The Academic Support Center at Sage College of Albany seeks professional tutors for the fall and spring semesters. These are part-time, hourly positions tutoring undergraduate students in a variety of courses including:
Anatomy & Physiology, General Biology I & II, General Chemistry I, Physics I, Mathematics (Algebra, Calculus, Statistics) and more.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s preferred). Experience preferred.
Successful candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be knowledgeable in study skill concepts, and be comfortable working with a variety of students with varying levels of skills. Successful candidates will have the ability to work independently with students and without direct supervision.
