Dr. David A. Salomon, Professor of English, joined Russell Sage College in the fall of 2004. He holds the PhD from the University of Connecticut, the MA from the City University of New York, and the BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His primary research focus is religion, literature and culture of the Middle Ages and English Renaissance. His The Glossa Ordinaria: Medieval Hypertext, was published in 2012 by the University of Wales Press. He is currently writing a history of the seven deadly sins to be published by Praeger/ABC-CLIO in 2018.
In addition to advising Russell Sage College’s student newspaper, The Quill, he currently serves as Director of the RSC General Education Program, Study Abroad, and the Kathleen Donnelly Center for Undergraduate Research.
